San Juan Resources, Inc.

San Juan Resources, Inc. (SJR), founded in 1990 by Jerry McHugh, Jr. of Denver, Colorado, focuses on natural gas and oil exploration and production in the San Juan Basin of New Mexico and Colorado. San Juan Resources operates 25+ wells in the San Juan and has nonoperated working, overriding royalty, and royalty interests in various properties across San Juan, Rio Arriba, Sandoval, and La Plata Counties. Production comes from conventional Dakota, Gallup, Mesaverde, and Pictured Cliffs formations as well as the unconventional Fruitland coal-seam reservoirs.

San Juan Resources employs new drilling and completion technology when drilling its new wells. Since inception, San Juan Resources has had steady growth and increased reserve base every year. San Juan Resources conducts its financial, regulatory, and accounting activities ethically with compliance in tax and royalty matters, monthly revenue distribution and billing, and adherence to local, state, and federal laws. In addition, San Juan Resources is a conscientious steward of the land on which it operates, working with landowners, ranchers, and other stakeholders in a proactive and positive manner.

San Juan Resources' corporate offices are located in Denver, Colorado. Jerry McHugh, Jr. is the president and owner, Lori Walters is chief financial officer and comptroller, and Kelly Krattenmaker is Land Manager. SJR utilizes a consulting geologist and an engineer. Field operations are conducted by petroleum engineers, foremen, switchers, and field laborers under contract supervised by the president.
